  • Merchants: Businesses utilize the platform to offer rewards to users for engaging with their services or to run promotional campaigns.

  • Customers: Individuals actively engage with merchants and participate in the loyalty program. They earn LOY tokens as rewards for using services and can redeem these tokens to purchase vouchers.

  • LOY Token: The native cryptocurrency/token serves as the primary loyalty point within the ecosystem, facilitating transactions and rewards.

  • Vouchers: These non-fungible tokens (NFTs) represent various rewards or incentives within the ecosystem, providing users with tangible benefits for their loyalty and engagement.

Features

Merchants:

  • Swap stable token to LOY token, which the merchant gives to users as a gift of gratitude

  • Create campaigns (NFT Contract) such as giving away or discounting products

  • Manage the campaign with information on the total supply, number of vouchers used, and price of vouchers that can be purchased with LOY

  • Easily confirm Vouchers to be used at local stores or online services by using a random session code.

Customers:

  • Received from a merchant, transfer, and swap LOY

  • Mint voucher (NFT) from campaigns with a fee paid by LOY

  • Manage voucher and LOY

  • Use ZKP to anonymize voucher owner data such as preventing insights into hospital visit frequency via voucher numbers.

Value

  • Merchants can show appreciation to their customers, attract users from other merchants, and vice versa, save costs, and prevent fraud in their operations.

  • Users have access to a vast ecosystem to engage with various brands, safely and privacy.

  • We, the operators of centralized services such as interaction apps, indexers, etc., generate revenue from managing aspects like verifying the credibility of merchant account addresses, and transaction fees.

Note This idea & project was implemented when ETHVN took place, we encountered many difficulties in getting used to the mina protocol and could not keep up with (many) planed features, fortunately, there was a lot of support from the organizers and mina protocol devs. Thank you 🫶
